An offsite that people actually remember

A conference room at an airport hotel produces the same retreat every year. This produces a different one. The whole property is yours, the phones barely work, and the team ends up around a fire instead of a projector.

Quick answer

Moto Supreme is a private 174-acre corporate retreat venue in Norman, Indiana, about 90 minutes from Indianapolis. It sleeps around 20 across three cabins with kitchens, and one company books the whole property at a time. Off-road riding, hiking and a shared gathering cabin make it suited to team trips rather than conference rooms.

Three-night minimum. Dates hand off to Airbnb with your selection prefilled.

The case

Why teams book it

Nobody drifts back to their room

Three cabins and one central bar building means the group naturally reconverges in the same place. That's usually what people are hoping for from an offsite, and it happens on its own here.

Shared work, not trust falls

Cooking for twenty in two kitchens. Getting a fire going. Riding trails badly and laughing about it. People connect over doing something, not over an icebreaker slide.

Genuinely offline

Wifi is available, but cell coverage is uneven out here. Several groups have told us the patchy signal was the best part of the trip. Plan critical calls from the cabins, not the far end of the property.

Logistics

Practical planning

Capacity

Thirteen beds sleep about 20 when sharing, and around 13 to 16 with nobody sharing. RV hookups extend that if you need them.

Getting there

About 90 minutes from Indianapolis and about 90 minutes from Louisville, so a two-city team can meet in the middle. Bloomington is 45 minutes.

Minimum stay

Three nights, so plan a Thursday to Sunday or a Monday to Thursday rather than a quick overnight.

Answers

Questions about corporate retreats here

Is this suitable for a corporate retreat?
Yes. All events are welcome and the whole property goes to one group. Teams of roughly 12 to 20 fit best.
Is there wifi for a working session?
Wifi is available and there is a TV. Cell coverage is spotty in the ravines, so plan calls from inside the cabins.
Is there a meeting space?
The center bar cabin is the natural gathering building, with a neon lounge and seating for the group. It is built for a group to sit down together at the end of the day.
Can we do team activities on site?
Miles of private trail for riding, hiking and mountain biking, plus a fire pit, grill and picnic tables.
How do we book for a company?
Booking runs through Airbnb. Message the host first if you need to coordinate invoicing or a specific arrival window.
