The difference

What you get that a public park does not

No other riders

One group at a time. You are not queuing at a hill climb or dodging somebody's kid on a quad.

Ride from the cabin door

No trailering to a staging area every morning. Park once, camp on the trail system, ride out of the driveway.

Ride at your own pace

You set the schedule while you're here. If your group wants to ride at dusk, ride at dusk.

Logistics

Hauling in

Trailer parking

Free parking on site for trucks and trailers. Bring the whole rig.

Camper hookups

Two electric hookups at the RV panel, 120V 30 amp and 250V 50 amp, if part of the group would rather stay in a camper.

Bring your own everything

We don't rent machines, and there's no fuel or shop on site. Pack fuel, tubes, tools, tire plugs, spare levers and a real first aid kit.

Terrain

Know the ground before you commit

It is knobstone country

Hill climbs, ravines and hardwood, not flat Indiana farmland. The elevation change shapes everything about how it rides.

Rain matters

Riders have noted for two decades that the trails get rough after a heavy wet stretch. Worth planning around if the group is mixed skill.

Watch the footage first

There is over a decade of rider-shot GoPro video from this exact property. Watch a few minutes of it before you book anything.

Answers

Questions about riding trips here

Can we ride dirt bikes, ATVs and side-by-sides?
All three. Every guest signs a waiver before riding.
Do you rent machines?
No. Bring your own and haul them in.
Is there trailer parking?
Yes, free parking on site for trucks and trailers, plus two RV electric hookups.
How many miles of trail are there?
The property is 174 acres with miles of private trail across it. The listing does not publish an exact mileage.
Can we ride at night?
There is no gate attendant or park hours, but riding after dark on unfamiliar terrain is a bad idea. Use judgment and confirm anything unusual with the host.
Is it beginner friendly?
It is mixed. Some sections are genuinely hard and some are cruisable two-track. Bring the right machines for the least experienced rider in your group.
